Our programs support creating a new culture of wellness on your unit or institution. Nurses learn how to keep their ‘cup-full’ through practices of resilience. We offer train-the-trainer methodology for continued implementation once goals have been met. We are vested in the effects of our staff-enhanced well-being model and are eager to assist with data collection on your unit regarding these methods.
We offer wellness sessions for staff to drop-in to where our expert nurses infuse knowledge about various practices of self-care, mindfulness and resiliency. Sharing the science and research of various modalities of mindfulness and stress reduction can create a strategy for decreasing the stress both of a personal and professional manner. WHEN there is focus of appreciation for the staff, such as new culture of wellness, these amazing nurses on the units can focus on relaxation, stress reduction and mindfulness. Here, the staff feel supported allowing for more ease and improved focus in their daily workflow.
Research has demonstrated that these evidenced based practices can improve the staffs ‘feelings of being valued, respected and cared for, and therefore, will perform on a higher level. Nurses who feel cared for may take the extra steps to improve teamwork and to lessen safety and infectious incidents. Nurses who are happier in their workplace environment have happier and healthier patients! No more burnout. Nurses can learn how to keep their cup full every day while being supported by the executive leaders.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle touch therapy that aids in restoring physical and emotional wellbeing. These treatments promote more balance in one’s body allowing for self healing. Pain and disease are manifestations of blocked energy and Reiki helps to move the energy allowing for its flow. Reiki has reported effects on decreasing stress and pain and enhancing relaxation, well-being, and wound healing. Reiki has positive effects on hypertension as well as many other disease states which are caused by stress. This practice can be done in person lying on a massage table in a peaceful environment or can also be done at a distance, called distance Reiki, in the comfort of your home.

1:1 Coaching
Our team of nurse coaches will work with you one-on-one to identify goals and develop an individualized plan specific to you, based upon a holistic review of the many areas of your life. We will share with you various modalities of stress reduction and mindfulness strategies YOU feel comfortable with. These practices teach you to feel good and see the good in yourself and in your world, as well as the ability to feel joy in your life everyday. Typically, follow up meetings are scheduled every two weeks allowing ample time for you to work towards your goals...successfully progressing on your journey in your daily present moment experiences. We can work together in-person or virtually. We look forward to working with you!
