Take 40 minutes each week for yourself to practice meditation. Sometimes when we slow down and learn to relax in this way, we can feel the amazing rewards such as more positive emotions and less negative emotions; less pain; less judgement of yourself and others; greater intuition, concentration and self awareness; and experience greater joy in our everyday life — just to name a few!

Research shows as little as 15-20 minutes of meditation or relaxation breathing per day can improve many physical and emotional diseased states. Let’s face it — stress exacerbates disease, and relaxation counteracts disease. Give it a try. YOU deserve it!
